We had trouble connecting at first, but once JTL was engaged, their service was awesome. Especially after the upgrade, when we needed to learn a new system, they were always happy to help and guide us through any navigation. Their follow-up has been great. They are very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.
